A FAMILY LEGACY

In 1974, Barthélémy and Marie Boetti brought a dream to life: to imagine and build a home that reflected who they were, deeply rooted in the gentle beauty of Provence. Stone by stone, they created a place where they would share more than forty years of happiness and cherished memories.

From this family story was born Jean Boetti, who, alongside his wife Agnès, has cared for and preserved the estate for more than thirty years.

Together, they continue to nurture the soul of this home with the same passion, the same dedication to hospitality, and the desire to share an authentic Provençal art of living.

Today, Villa Marie opens its doors to those who wish to experience, for the duration of their stay, the understated elegance and serenity of this exceptional place.

Today, Quentin and Lucie, the next generations of the family, continue this beautiful story with the wish of sharing its essence. They open the doors of a home where echoes of joyful gatherings, the scents of Provençal cuisine, and the song of cicadas from endless summer days still remain.

Through the welcome they offer their guests, they preserve a family heritage shaped by generosity, authenticity, and a timeless Provençal art of living.

The name Villa Marie felt like an obvious choice — a tender tribute to the woman who gave this house its soul, and whose presence continues to be felt in every stone, every garden, and every moment shared within these walls.

A Portrait of Lucie, penned by Dominique Baudouin, author.

Departing from Villa Marie leaves a tender trace of regret. I set off again, but already its contours begin to fade, awakening the desire to return to this magical haven where the fragrance of lavender, the delicate green of the olive trees, the gentle sound of the fountain, and the timeless grace of the house come together… A truly enchanted escape.”
